photos 35Lauren grew up riding in Woodlake, California at Mountain View Corrals as an eight year old. Her first horse was found in the local classifieds, the “Thrifty Nickel”, and taught her the ropes of lower level competition.  At Mountain View Corrals, she grew a deep love for riding with her best friends.  Her rich past of fun-loving horseback riding changed as she became more acquainted with the possibilities of international competition.

Olympics 2016

photoMission Statement: To attend the Olympic Games in 2016 as the first Puerto Rican, three-day event rider in history and bring home the GOLD!

Lauren has the opportunity to compete for the United States’ Territory of Puerto Rico in the upcoming Olympic Cycle. Due to her Puerto Rican heritage and riding ability, the Puerto Rican Equestrian team pursued her for their team in 2010. Lauren has been proud to ride for Puerto Rico and is dedicated to winning a medal for this country.

Training Services

Currently based out of Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley, California, Lauren offers a variety of services for horse and rider pairs.  Lauren has trained with many top professionals in the horse community, and carried a diversity of equestrian jobs that have broadened her skills from horse management to competition. Lauren currently has a variety of clients by working with the local pony clubs, young riders, and adult amateurs.  Lauren is currently available to take horses and rider in to full or partial training.
